A dynamic and flexible space, it can transform into an exhibition gallery for digital content, brand showcases, and immersive metaverse experiences.
The refitting of Motel D, was conceived to create a fluid space in constant evolution. With nearly 700 sqm of coworking area, it offers three meeting rooms, a green screen studio, a common area, and a café zone.
The brick walls, a defining feature of the space, gain added versatility through a system of curtains that can unify or divide the spaces as needed. The track system and full-height white curtains provide the space with great flexibility, allowing for ever-changing configurations to suit any requirement.
The café area at the entrance acts as a stable focal point amid the space's lightness and fluidity. The monolithic metal counter and the full-height cabinet behind it take center stage. The reflective metal diffuses a soft light during the day, while in the evening, it enhances thelighting effects, amplifying the atmosphere.
