We are ACNAIB, a newly born interdisciplinary agency based in Milan, founded by Bianca Maria Francolini in collaboration with Federica Sirangelo.

We specialize in various fields of architecture: interior renovations, creative direction and design, focusing on experimentation and the fusion with graphics.

Our approach is deeply personal: every project starts with listening closely to the client, aiming to capture their essence. We work to translate their soul into spaces that reflect spontaneity and authenticity, always keeping their vision at the heart of our process.

    • 👩🏻‍🦳Bianca Maria Francolini

    • Founder & Architect
    • Bianca graduated in Building Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2015. During her academic career, she participated in the Erasmus program at ETSAV in Barcelona and an exchange program at UNSW in Sydney. Between 2016 and 2021 she collaborated with several architectural offices including Andrea Caputo, Diorama, Studio Valeria Girardi and Laboratorio Permanente. She was also a member of the Rome-based artist collective Cultrise, contributing to the design of exhibitions, communication, and graphics for various events, including The Others 2017 art fair in Turin. From 2016 to 2020, Bianca served as a teaching assistant at Politecnico di Milano for the Interior Design Studio under professors Lola Ottolini and Giuseppe Agata Giannoccari. Bianca enjoys experimenting with clay, foam, and colors.

    • 👩🏽‍🦱Federica Sirangelo

    • Architect
    • She graduated in Architecture-Built Environment Interiors from the Politecnico di Milano in 2021. Having studied both in Milan and Barcelona, Federica developed a strong interest in materials, shapes, and colors, approaching interior design with a multidisciplinary perspective. Over the past three years, she has worked with architectural firms such as Guidarini&Salvadeo Architetti Associati and BBA Studio, exploring various scenarious: from residential to exhibition spaces, from commercial to high-end retail designs. She is also passionate about graphic communication and research. In 2022, she served as a teaching assistant for the Final Thesis Studio, led by Professor Pierluigi Salvadeo, at the Politecnico di Milano. Always on the move, Federica loves backpacking around, infusing her work with unique, globally-inspired elements.
